This is a 38/38 carb with ALL parts necessary to install including instructions. This kit comes with a washable style Filter. Car with A/T must use original throttle arm. Kit will not fit cars equipped with cruise control. This kit is BRAND NEW. Check local smog police to see if you can use this carb.
