New Weber carburetor conversion kit for Mitsubishi Montero and the qualified applications below. Kit K610 is available with a Weber 32/36 DGEV electric-choke carburetor or a 38/38 carburetor with electric or manual choke — choose your version above.
For manual transmissions only.

Kit contents
- Carburetor (by version): K610 — 32/36 DGEV electric choke, 22680.033B; K610-38 — 38 DGES electric choke, 18930.020; K610-38M — 38 DGMS manual choke.
- Manifold adapter 99004.130 (K610) or 99004.135 (K610-38 / K610-38M) and linkage kit 99007.175.
- Air filter assembly 99217.332S.
- Carburetor base gasket 99005.068 (32/36) or 99005.065 (38/38) and adapter gasket set 99005.130.
Minor installation modifications are required. Retaining the air-conditioning high-idle solenoid requires modifying or fabricating its mounting bracket.
The manufacturer designates this kit for racing and off-road use and excludes highway use in California. Check applicable emissions requirements before installation.
All carburetors sales are final, carb kits are non-returnable.
Which version do I need?
- 32/36 DGEV (progressive): The first barrel opens about halfway before the second barrel kicks in, giving smooth, economical driving around town with extra power when you push it — the most efficient power upgrade.
- 38/38 DGES (synchronous): Both barrels open together and equally at all times for the maximum power upgrade.
- Electric choke: Opens automatically as the engine warms up; best for daily drivers; needs a 12V switched power wire.
- Manual choke: Controlled by a cable from the dash; simpler, gives you direct control, ideal for off-road and cold-weather use.
