Mini Truck Gearbox Power Steering Bracket for Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 USED

THIS IS A CUSTOMER RETURN, they went to Saginaw Steering.  It HAS been drilled for their FJ and box and is scratched.  This is the actual item, actual picture, no returns.

If your arms are tired of that manual steering?  You can fix that!  Here is a bracket that will allow you to install a 79 to 85 Toyota Pickup 4wd Power Steering Box. Unlike other power steering setups, this is a breeze to install and requires no welding or cutting. It is just as the factory P/S setup. It works with both Factory 6's and V-8's. We run this on our bone stock Cruiser all the way up to our Trail Truck with 35's strapped on. This is an easy, affordable kit that you should be able to complete with in an afternoon.  You get the bracket and instructions.  The other pictures show an installed bracket.

We do not drill the pedestal top, you will.  This is several reasons, we have found that because of age, body mounts settle pushing steering column forward.  Also, V8 conversion may need more outboard spacing.  The column and rag joint have plenty of allowable movement.  This will allow you to get the locations and mount you need for your rig.

PRE 9/73 FJ40's with the one piece steering column will need a rag joint.  We have adapters for that as well.  The rag joint allows your column to bolt in.  It is also safer as it is a crumple zone in case of impact.
